Double click the Constraints node in the STPA Project Overview to open in a new tab on the right.
Click the to create a New Constraint.
Enter text in the field to name the new constraint.
Enter text in the ID field to create a new ID for the constraints.
Enter the description for the new constraint.
Check the boxes for the Hazards and/or UCAs to link to the constraints. UCAs need to be created in the UCA and can be linked to constraints there too.
